Robinson Park
The controversial decision to cut trees in Robinson
Park is heating up, both sides have presented good arguments about
the practice of clearing trees in forest. CARD members have
expressed concerns about the way the process has left other parks
in region looking devastated.
The cutting in Robinson has been postponed for up to a year, pending
a study of the various flora and fauna in the park by a disinterested
third party, with a view to preserving any scarce or endangered species.
